Ammonia system installation

We start from the product and the room, not from a compressor brochure. Cold storage, beverage, dairy, poultry, and ice plants have different suction temperatures and defrost needs. The compressor package is sized to that load, then piping, evaporators, and condensers are installed to the same drawing.

Commissioning is parameter tuning, leak test, safety audit, and operator handover — not only first frost on a coil. If you already have vessels and need a compressor swap or a second stage, we install into the existing plant instead of ripping out what still has life.

Hands-on installation and commissioning includes Coca-Cola rooms in Lahore, Gujranwala, Rahim Yar Khan, and Kabul; Nestlé Karachi and Lahore; K&N’s Lahore; See Green and KANPA in Karachi; Gourmet beverages in Lahore, Faisalabad, and Multan; and Gourmet Ice Cream Lahore (in process).

Those sites are food and beverage plants — the same duty as most industrial ammonia searches. We are not a catalogue reseller. Piping, compressor packages, and commissioning sit in one scope.

If the vessels and rooms are already there, you may need an overhaul or a refurbished compressor, not a greenfield plant. If you are building a new cold store or a filling-hall process room, you need installation. We will tell you which page you are actually on after one site conversation.
